    Fixture changes
Nine matches have been switched in the latest round of Barclays Premier League fixture changes.

The local derby between Birmingham City and West Bromwich Albion at St Andrew's will now have a 12.45pm kick-off on Saturday 5th March.

The match has been moved for live screening by Sky Sports with ESPN showing Manchester City v Wigan Athletic at 5.30pm on the same day.

Liverpool v Manchester United has been moved to 1.30pm on Sunday 6th March with Wolverhampton Wanderers then hosting Tottenham Hotspur at 4pm - both live on Sky Sports.

    BEACH BALL

Liverpool have already lost twice to United this season. They were beaten 1-0 in the FA Cup in Kenny Dalglish's first match in charge and went down 3-2 in the Barclays Premier League to a Dimitar Berbatov hat-trick in September.

The Merseysiders will be determined to avoid a hat-trick of defeats by their fierce rivals while Spurs will be aiming to avenge last season's 1-0 reverse at Molineux.

That weekend's programme now concludes with Blackpool v Chelsea at 8pm on Monday 7th March, live on Sky Sports. The Blues won 4-0 when the sides met at Stamford Bridge in September.

On Saturday 19th March, Spurs v West Ham United will now kick off at 12.45pm on Sky Sports with Everton v Fulham on ESPN at 5.30pm.

The following day, Liverpool visit Sunderland at 1.30pm and Chelsea host Man City at 4pm, both on Sky Sports.

Last season the Merseysiders lost 1-0 at the Stadium of Light when Darren Bent's shot deflected in off a beach ball thrown from the crowd.

City have already beaten Chelsea once this season, winning 1-0 at Eastlands in September thanks to a Carlos Tevez goal.

The postponed fixture has been rearranged for Wednesday 20th April having originally been due to take place on Saturday 26th February. The change has come about as a result of Birmingham's involvement in the Carling Cup final on Sunday 27th February.

    REARRANGED DATE
The kick-ff time at Stamford Bridge will now be 7.45pm. Originally scheduled to be shown on ESPN in the UK, it will not be broadcast on the rearranged date.

When the two sides met at St Andrew's in November, City ran out 1-0 winners thanks to a goal from midfielder Lee Bowyer.

The last time they met in London, Chelsea eased to a 3-0 home win, with goals from Florent Malouda and Frank Lampard (2).

    Fixture changes
Two matches have been switched and two more postponed in the latest round of fixture changes.

Manchester City's Barclays Premier League match at home to Tottenham Hotspur has been re-arranged for Tuesday 10th May with a 7.45pm kick-off.

The fixture was originally due to be played on Sunday 17th April but had to be switched because of City's involvement in the FA Cup semi-finals.

The mouth-watering meeting is likely to have a major impact on the race for a Champions League place, just as it did last season. It will be shown live on Sky Sports.

When the teams met at Eastlands last May - in another re-arranged fixture - Spurs won it 1-0 with a Peter Crouch goal.

That success was enough to seal Tottenham's qualification for the Champions League for the first time.

And with the sides currently fourth and fifth in the Barclays Premier League table, this match will almost certainly have huge significance in the battle for a top-four finish.

The sides drew 0-0 when they met at White Hart Lane on the opening day of this season.

    Newcastle v Man Utd

The matches involving the other FA Cup semi-finalists have also been switched from the weekend of 16th/17th April.

Manchester United's trip to Newcastle United will now take place on Tuesday 19th April, kick-off 7.45 pm and will also be screened live on Sky Sports.

The Magpies will be aiming to avenge their 3-0 defeat at Old Trafford on the opening day of the campaign.

Goals by Dimitar Berbatov, Darren Fletcher and Ryan Giggs gave the home side a comfortable victory.

There are no new dates as yet for Fulham v Bolton Wanderers and Stoke City v Wolverhampton Wanderers which have also made way for the FA Cup ties.

    Fixture changes
Two matches have been switched in the latest round of Barclays Premier League fixture changes.

Stoke City will now host Wolverhampton Wanderers on Tuesday 26th April, kick-off 7.45pm.

The following night (27th April) Bolton Wanderers travel to Fulham with an 8pm kick-off.

Both fixtures were originally scheduled to be played on Saturday 16th April but had to be re-arranged because of the FA Cup semi-finals.

    met twice

Wolves and Stoke have already met twice this season with Mick McCarthy's men winning the Barclays Premier League meeting at Molineux 2-1 on 14th August.

The Potters gained their revenge with a 1-0 away win in the FA Cup on 30th January en route to the last four.

By a quirk of fate, Fulham and Bolton have also met in the FA Cup this season with the Trotters winning 1-0 at Craven Cottage in the fifth round, thanks to an Ivan Klasnic winner.

The sides drew 0-0 when they met at the Reebok Stadium in the Barclays Premier League on the opening day of the season.

    Fixture changes
Fifteen matches have been switched in the latest round of Barclays Premier League fixture changes.

Tottenham Hotspur's home match against Blackpool has been switched to a 5.30pm kick-off on Saturday 7th May for live screening on ESPN.

Wolverhampton Wanderers now host neighbours West Bromwich Albion on Sunday 8th May at noon with the match being shown live on Sky Sports.

At 2.05pm on 8th May, Stoke City will take on Arsenal at the Britannia Stadium and a mouth-watering day of action concludes with Manchester United v Chelsea at 4.10pm - both matches live on Sky Sports.

Fulham v Liverpool will now be staged at 8pm on Monday 9th May, live on Sky Sports.

    avoid clashing

The following weekend sees a host of changes due to the FA Cup final being played on 14th May this season as a result of the Champions League final taking place at Wembley on 28th May.

UEFA rules dictate that the venue for the Champions League final cannot stage a match in the preceding fortnight so the FA Cup final will take place a week before the end of the Barclays Premier League season.

That has caused the full Barclays Premier League programme to switch kick-off times or dates to avoid clashing with the 14th May showpiece. And it also means the two league matches involving the finalists will need to be re-arranged once the Wembley line-up is known.

Blackburn Rovers v Manchester United will take place on 14th May at 12.45pm live on Sky Sports - unless United are in the FA Cup final. In that case it will move to Tuesday 17th May, still live on Sky Sports.

Blackpool v Bolton Wanderers will also kick off at 12.45pm on 14th May - unless Bolton are in the FA Cup final.

Similarly, Manchester City v Stoke City is now scheduled to get under way at 12.45pm on 14th May unless either club is involved in the FA Cup final.

Sunderland v Wolverhampton Wanderers and West Bromwich Albion v Everton will both definitely kick off at 12.45pm on Saturday 14th May to avoid clashing with the FA Cup final.

Chelsea v Newcastle United has been put back to 1.30pm on Sunday 15th May and Arsenal v Aston Villa will be at 4pm the same afternoon - both live on Sky Sports.

Three more matches - already switched to 15th May - have had their kick-offs moved to 4pm for consistency. These are: Birmingham City v Fulham, Liverpool v Spurs and Wigan Athletic v West Ham United.

    qualification round

Fulham's visit to play Newcastle United, originally scheduled for Saturday 27th will now take place on Sunday 28th August, with that match getting underway at 1pm.

    Fixture change
Confirmation of the new date for the Tottenham Hotspur v Everton match in the Barclays Premier League.

Spurs will now face Everton at White Hart Lane on Wednesday 11th January at 7.45pm.

The fixture was originally due to be played on the opening day of the season but was postponed for safety reasons.

    match in hand

The corresponding fixture in October 2010 ended in a 1-1 draw.

Leighton Baines put the visitors ahead on 17 minutes only for Rafael van der Vaart to level three minutes later.

Tottenham are currently fifth in the Barclays Premier League, level on points with Chelsea.

Everton are fourth from bottom and both sides will look on this match in hand as the opportunity to make up ground on the sides above them.

Spurs midfielder Steven Pienaar will be hoping to face his old club after leaving Everton for north London in January.
